Founded in 1998 by Laura Chajkowski, CMP CMM, Legend Conference Planning (Legend) is a full service meeting, conference and event planning and association management company, with an emphasis on design to meet all stakeholder objectives, on time and on budget.

Our virtual office has locations across Canada, the USA and Europe. Since 1998, Legend has been managing associations and has organized over 500 events, from one-day meetings to multi-day conferences and expositions. Whether we organize conferences, congresses, public and/or private sector meetings or events, workshops, association regional or annual meetings, board of directors meetings, heads of state or ministerial events, tradeshows or exhibitions, we make complex project management processes with numerous elements, simple, affordable and, most importantly, very effective.

The events industry is ever changing requiring flexibility, quick turnaround and high expectations of our clients. Our staff needs to be able to lean on each other – and they can. We foster a harmonious workplace and an environment that strives to achieve work/life balance. As the Principal of Legend Conference Planning, Laura Chajkowski plays a role in every conference, and provides constant behind the scenes support to the fifteen plus staff members at Legend.
